Please Note - Electrical hookups are not available at the venue. If power is required, it is the vendor's responsibility.

Vendors have the option to setup/open on Friday afternoon at no additional charge, or just Saturday.

If the vendor does decide to setup on Friday, Flashback Cruz is not responsible for any merchandise, setup or displays left overnight or unattended.

Setup times will be assigned the week prior to the event.

All vendors MUST BE ON TIME to set up on Saturday
