FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much is registration?

It is $45 per vehicle. Each vehicle must be registered separately.

How do I register?

Head over to the Registration page, and follow the prompts. There are options to register and pay online, or you may print and mail in your form with cash or check.

What is included in registration?

Once your registration has been filled out and paid for, you will receive a registration packet from Flashback Cruz in the mail. Included in this packet will be your registration card (to be kept on your dash for entry into the show), a schedule of events, as well as further instructions. Please keep in mind that with 400 registrants, it may take several days to receive your kit. If you feel that more than an adequate amount of time has passed without receiving anything from us, please email flashbackcruzbend@outlook.com, or call either Tim Mangan at 541-530-9120 OR Terri Scott at 541-408-6800.

Can my dog come?

While we love our pets, the event has a strict ‘no pets’ policy, so unfortunately furry friends will not be permitted into the show.

Will there be anything for children to do?

Yes! We will have a children’s zone set up to keep the kids occupied (fishing pond, gym set, face paint - all the good stuff).

Will there be food available?

Of course! There will be several vendors in attendance with food for purchase. As we get closer to the show, a list of vendors will be available on the Vendors page. Please remember that outside alcohol will not be permitted at the church. There is also a large selection of restaurants on the Eastside and Downtown Bend. Check out Where to Stay & Eat for some ideas!

I have a car club with more than 15 members, who do I contact?

Please call Al Halligan at 541-408-3356 to discuss details of larger groups.

Where should we stay?

While we do not have any affiliations with hotels for the show, we have provided a list of nearby accommodations for your convenience. You may find the list here.

Everyone wants to see me do a burnout, right?

Wrong. We are enforcing a strict no burnout policy, and those who disobey will be fined, removed from the show, and banned indefinitely from Flashback Cruz and its affiliated events. We take this very seriously, but for those who need a little reminder, here is what can happen with burnouts during a car show.

There will also be no honking, no smoking, and no pets allowed. If you’ve already registered, don’t forget that you agreed to this in the Guidelines section!

Our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment for car enthusiasts to share their passion. Please be respectful to those around you, to our park, and to our community. We look forward to seeing you in July!
