Flashback Cruz 2026 Food Vendor
There is no space fee for Food Vendors at Flashback Cruz. However, a $250.00 deposit is required. The food vendor deposit is fully refundable after the event has taken place, provided you did indeed attend the event and provided your services as agreed upon. Refunds will be made within 2 to 4 weeks following the event.
Required Certificates:
Certificate of Insurance showing Flashback Cruz additionally insured
Health inspection certificate
This agreement is for 2 days, Friday, July 3rd, 2026, 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm (unless previously agreed upon for Saturday only), and Saturday, July 4th 6:00 am to 3:30 pm at Ochoco Creek Park, 430 NE Juniper St., Prineville, OR. 97754. Vendors can setup Friday from 2:00 - 3:00 pm.
Vendors MUST be there by 6:00 am Saturday to setup.
Power and water hookups are not available at the venue, it is the vendor's responsibility to provide their own.
